The Unscripted Twillingate Digital Arts Festival is currently seeking a talented chef to cater a unique, outdoor picnic-style lunch as part of our 2025 programming. The festival takes place in Twillingate, Newfoundland and Labrador from September 18–21, 2025, with the picnic event scheduled for lunchtime on either Friday, September 20 or Saturday, September 21 (final date to be confirmed).
We are looking for a chef to create an elevated boxed picnic lunch inspired by ingredients of Newfoundland and Labrador for approximately 50 guests to take place in a beautiful outdoor setting on Twillingate Island.
Compensation for this opportunity includes:
- Chef fee (2 days)
- Two nights of accommodation in Twillingate
- Reimbursement for travel
- Access to food prep and storage space as needed
- Food packaging costs also covered by festival
