Roary J MacPherson has been a working chef for the past 25 years and has worked extensively throughout Canada, starting his career at the Hotel Newfoundland in 1988. Chef MacPherson, having grown up on a farm in rural Newfoundland, is a huge promoter of local regional cuisine throughout his whole career – he was doing it when it wasn’t even cool to do so. It does not stop with the cuisine, it is with the people as well. Chef MacPherson is heavily involved in charities throughout the community, he has a never say no attitude and is always there to help.
